This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator, MVZ Psychotherapie am Zoo GmbH. We take your privacy very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. Data processing when visiting the website

Contact form, e-mail contact and waiting list

On our website, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided and via our waiting list. If a user takes advantage of this option, all personal data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be transmitted to us and stored. These data are your provided name, your e-mail address and the data provided by you in the message. If you contact us via the waiting list, your age, your telephone number, your time availability, the type of therapy requested and the name of the patient are also required from you. All other information is optional. The following data is also stored at the time the message is sent: 

  • IP address of the user
  • Date and time of the message

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for the processing of the conversation and the allocation of appointments.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is our legitimate interest in processing your request. Another legal basis may be the processing for the purpose of concluding a contract. 

The processing of personal data from the e-mail serves us solely to process the contact. This also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse in e-mail traffic and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps and to create directions. Google Maps is a map service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. Data disclosure
