Information on data processing via online survey

In connection with the implementation of psychotherapeutic consultations, selected patients* receive a questionnaire for the study:

"New admission of patients* to psychotherapeutic practice - ways out of arbitrariness: diagnostic development for classification of urgency and systematization of treatment requests".
INFORMATION ABOUT THE SURVEY AND DATA PROTECTION

This survey, conducted as part of a psychology master's thesis and commissioned by the MVZ, aims to improve the situation of people waiting for a psychotherapy place. With our research, we want to try to get to know patients better before they start therapy, in order to develop a diagnostic procedure to classify the urgency and systematization of treatment requests. The aim is to identify needs more precisely in order to respond more effectively, so that waiting times can be optimally shortened.

As part of our study, we ask you to complete diagnostic questionnaires that capture the following:

Your symptoms
Your ability to cope with daily life
Your reasons for starting psychotherapy
Your characteristics
In the following, we inform you about the handling of your personal data in accordance with data protection law and ask for your consent to participate in our study and to use your data for the stated purposes.

Please read the following explanations carefully. If you have any questions or difficulties in understanding, please feel free to contact us at classen@psychotherapie-am-zoo.de.

Your rights: Participation in the study is voluntary and is intended for persons 18 years of age or older. You can cancel the survey or revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons and without incurring any disadvantages. In the event of revocation, your personal data will be deleted.

Declaration of consent: By completing the survey, you confirm that you have read and understood all the information below on research objectives, data use and data protection. You consent to participate in this study and to the analysis of the data.

Thank you for your participation and trust in our work. Yours sincerely,
