Main areas of work
In my therapy sessions, I place particular emphasis on providing you with treatment that is tailored to you and your symptoms. To this end, I use a combination of resource-oriented, mindfulness-based, (cognitive) behavioral therapy, attachment- and clarification-oriented, motivation-promoting, and emotion-focused techniques, as well as relaxation techniques (e.g., PMR). My focus is on treating couples and people with relationship, attachment, and personality disorders.
