I offer therapeutic support in crises, insecurities in contact with others, low self-esteem, anxiety, compulsions, depressive moods and other psychological stresses. We work in a safe environment to understand these challenges, promote strengths and achieve positive change.

I also provide LGBTIQ*-sensitive support with identity issues, coming out and support trans* and non-binary young people on their personal journey.

My approach is resource-oriented and appreciative. I work with methods from cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to find solutions together that suit the individual.
